Founder of the company has been a pivotal in the firm’s establishment, success and growth.  He has over 30 years of Chartered Accountancy experience, with specialization in advisory services to small to medium sized businesses.


He has great wealth of experience in Business Advisory, Taxation, Management  Service, Business Immigration and General Consultancy Work. His experience includes working for a medium sized Chartered Accountant in Auckland over 19 years where he managed the practice and was in charge of other Chartered Accountants within the firm to ensure quality of work flow and the developing the systems and revamp the practice upon acquisitions of other chartered accountancy to bring in line with the firms’ own philosophy and ensuring a smooth transitions at all times.


Jetendra enjoys dealing with all size and types of clients, big or small – he has done it all. Over the years he has worked in close relationship with many businesses and integrally involved in their growth and success. He has the ability to grasp knowledge in this ever changing environment and exactly knows what he wants and where he goes, he writes his own map.



The firm prides itself in to being an ATO “Approved Training Organisation” with the Institute of Chartered Accountant and a mentorship to fellow accountants in their development.


Jetendra obtained his High School education from Shri Vivekananda High School and went on to Fiji Institute of Technology (FIT) to complete Diploma in Business Studies, he went on to become member of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1990 and obtained his public practice licence in 2001.  Jetendra to date owes to his father Mr. Mulji Bhai Patel who gave him the grass roots education to take a chance and move on, this was his mission when he opted out of a very successful accountancy practice in 2001 to venture into what is today Patel & Associates Limited.


Jetendra is married to Usha, with three children Sid, Sheena and Saahil  He enjoys meeting people, networking, soccer, rugby and cricket.  He is a keen sportsman and plays active role in guidance of various sporting bodies around Auckland. He is a keen sportsman and is actively providing guidance and support to them on an ongoing basis.
